After we upgraded/installed Office to 2010, we have many issues with Outlook. I think it may be related to Exchange 2010 that is running in our environment. We are running two CAS in Failover Cluster. I am posting here for hidden mailbox issue only.

In the EMS, the mailbox “Hide from Exchange address lists” is checked. All Outlook 2003 and some Outlook 2010 don’t list the mailbox in Global Address Lists. However, some Outlook 2010 computers show hidden mailbox when you click To. We have tried to enable or disable “Use Cached Exchange Mode”. That may or may not help

Manually download OAB gets this error: Task 'Outlook" reported error (0x8007007A).
