Created mailbox doesn't appear in GAL

 

Case 1: I created  new user mailbox yesterday, but it doesn't appear in the Global Address List. I can setup Outlook for him. He can send email to me and I ca reply to him. But the mailbox doesn't list in the GAL. Then I tested other computer with different logon, I can see it in the GAL. I reboot my computer, bu my Outlook still doesn't list it in the GAL. Then I find my Outlook has cache mode enabled. After I disable the cache mode, it appear.

 

Case 2: I have the same issue. The mailbox appears after the user logon his Outlook.

 

Case 3. I fixed this problem by Opening Exchange System Manager to Apply this policy now and Update Now.
