Can't access email after migrating email from Exchange 2007 to 2013 - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The user can't access his Outlook after r migrating his mailbox from Exchange 2007 to exchange 2013.

Troubleshooting: Login EMC and navigate to Recipient Configuration>Mailbox. We find the user still connect to Exchange server cmsg. Refresh it to swicth the user mailbox to the new exchange 2013. That fix the problem.
