Exchange 2010 shows Failed and Suspended in the Copy of Status

The client is running Exchange 2010 in a cluttering enviroment. After a power outage, the Copy of Status shows Failed and Suspended. If they follow these article to update the Database,

A source-side operation failed. Error An error occurred while performing the seed operation. Error: Unable to find the specified file.. [Database: Exec Database 1, Server: EXCH-MAIL02.chicagotech.net]

Troubleshooting: The Exec volume was corrupted during the power outage which is why the commands they attempted didn’t work.

Case 2: We fixed it by reseeding the database with this command.
[PS] C:\>Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity "Mailbox Database 01\EX2" -DeleteExistingFiles

Case 3: In our case, we restrict DAG communication between two mail servers. When we do update database copy on one of CAS server, we get connection error. After we did update in one of mail server, it works fine.
