Exchange CAS is low spaces - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client has Exchange 2010 Cluster. One of CAS server has low spaces.

Troubleshooting: We found Exchange is storing about 60GB in old IIS log files. These files are only logging information about users who log into Exchange via OWA. It does seem odd that the log files have grown that much over the last two years. The best course of action would be to remove the older log files unless there is a policy in place that states a time frame for how long you need to keep them.
