Don't receive the email until clicking Send\Receive

One of our clients has a Windows SBS 2008 with Exchange. Clients are Vista and Windows 7 running Outlook 2007. They can send email without any issues. The users don't receive the email until they click Send\Receive or close\re-open Outlook. Even they click Send\receive. it may take long time 10 or 20 minutes to process, sometimes, it stops in 50%, or 80% as shown below:

More information. Last weekend, the client had a issue that outlook prompt for logon. We fixed it by installing Update Rollup 9 Exchange for Server 2007 Service Pack 1. Could that be the problem? If yes, how to fix it. Do you have information how to configure autodiscover?

What I did:
1. I tested both Vista and windows 7 running outlook, all have the same issue.
2. Logon different users using OWA, have the same issue.
3. Send\receive settings is "Immediately"
4. Here are nslookup and ipconfig /all. nslookup shows
