Issues with Exchange Autodiscover

Case 1: After a user logon Outlook and click on Send\Receive, the Outlook prompt for logon. The popup doesn't go away after enter correct username and password.

Cause: The client has a temporary issue and have remove the autodiscover from the configuration. WE fixed the problem by changing the autodiscover DNS A record to the main CAS.

Case 2: A user scheduled a meeting with group people. It showed the date and time is Free. Later they find the date and time is not available. In other user's Calendar, the time she tried to setup a meeting is not avialble. However she doesn't have any item on the time.

Cause teh autodiscover points to incorrect IP.

Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed

One of our clients is running SBS 2008 with SP1. When opening the Outlook internally, every user receives this message: "Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later."
