You receive not connected when running Cisco VPN client

Unexpected SW error occurred while processing Aggressive Mode negotiator:(Navigator:2202)

Situation: the user just receive a new laptop. He installed Cisco VPN client on it. When he tried to establish the VPN, you receive not connected error. The below is the log.

Unexpected SW error occurred while processing Aggressive Mode negotiator:(Navigator:2202).

5. The VPN server also display this error: Group=defaultRAgroup Removing peer from peer table failed.

Troubleshooting: Case 1: We found that he type the wrong group name. It should be chicagotech, but he typed chicagtech. After changed the group, it works.

Case 2: The group name is case sense. The group name is CHICAGOTECH, but he types chicagotech.

Case 3: The user types a wrong password.
