Establishing the VPN only first try

Error 682, 721 and 800

Q: I setup Incoming connection in the office XP pro for accessing it from home. I can establish the VPN connection. But if I disconnect it and try it again, I will receive Error 721. The only solution I have is reset the router or reboot the Office XP. Do I have another better solution?

A: We have been seeing many cases like this one. In most cases, upgrading the router firmware will fix the problem. Please post back with the result.
