The Internet access is slow after changing DNS server - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client just migrated their DNS servers from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 R2. After the migration, accessing the Internet is very slow.

Troubleshooting: in most cases, this is DNS Forwarders issue. After checking the DNS Forwarders, we find the new DNS forwarders point to the old DNS server. We fix the problem by pointing to Google and the client ISP DNS.
