Wireless can't access the Internet after establishing VPN

Symptom: 1. If the laptop connect to wired, the user can access the Internet after establishing the VPN.

2. The wireless at home can't access the Internet after establishing the VPN.

3. The laptop can access the Internet if we connect to different wireless, for example library wireless.

Troubleshooting: The user has Linksys Wireless router with CTS Protection mode disabled. To fix this problem, Login the router, go to wireless settings. Select Advanced Wireless settings. Check Auto on CTS Protection Mode and save the settings.

Alternatively, we may upgrade firmware on the router.
