Access is denied after removing Everyone from a folder - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client was setup Everyone group to all their shared folders. He tried to remove the Everyone from those folders, but gets this message: You can't remove Everyone because the object is inheriting.

After he disables inheritance and adds domain users, none can access those folder with access is denied message.

Troubleshooting: When he disables inheritance, he will have two options: Convert inherited permissions into explicit permissions on this object or Remove all inherited permissions from this object. He should select Convert inherited permissions into explicit permissions on this object and then remove the Everyone from the folders.
