The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively in SBS 2008 - Resolution with screenshots

Case 1: The user can logon the XP computer using RDC, but can't logon local console with this message: The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively in a SBS 2008 domain environment. The problem is Log on locally in Local Security Settings is enabled and it doesn't have the user name listed. The resolution is disabling the settings or add the user account to the settings.  

Case 2: The Deny logon locally is enabled and the user account is added to the settings. The resolution is to disable the settings or remove the user account from the settings.

Case 3: The user can logon locally but not remotely. The problem is "Deny logon through Terminal Services” is enabled. Please refer to this page:
