Group Policy Error: The user does not have RSOP data - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: After login a domain computer, the user doesn't take the domain group policy. If you run gpresult /R, you may receive this message:
INFO: The user does not have RSOP data.

Case 1: The client just added a second DC in Windows 2003 domain network. However, the users login second DC that also TS don't
take the TS group policy from the DC2. The resolution is running Group Policy Management to disable the link and re-enable it. If that doesn't fix the problem, enable Enforces as hsown below.

Case 2: In our case, we had corrupted policies.

Case 3: In other case, it could be DNS issue. The client enter the wrong DNS server IP address..

case 4: Try to run gpupdate /force and then test it.

Case 5: It could be a replication issue between DCs. Run netdiag and dcdiag to troubleshoot it.

Case 6: It could be the profile issue if it is only user has this problem. try to re-cerate another profile.

Case 7: in our case, it is bad date, time or time zone set on the machine.
