Radius Client Authentication Failed (MSCHAP error: E=691 - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When testing SonicWall Radius configuration, you may receive an error like this one: Radius Client Authentication Failed (MSCHAP error: E=691

Troubleshooting: 1. Make sure you have correct name or IP on Primary server.

Make sure the Shared Secret matches the Shared Secret on Active Directory NPS.

3. Make sure you are using correct port, default is 1812.

4. Make sure the test user is belong to the group in Radius Users, the default is Trusted Users.

5. Or you can try a different user.
