SonicWall RADIUS Communication Error - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client has two Sonicwall in two offices. They created RASIUD on SonicWall on Office 1 works fine by following these articles:

But can't do the same on another SonicWall. It get RADIUS Communication Error

Troubleshooting: 1. The problem is they didn't put the correct Shared Secret in Settings.

In other case, another client didn't enter correct domain user credentials.

We also saw similar case, we add Client IPv Address on NPS. That make it works.
