Problem to configure WAN2 on DI-LB604

Situation: the client setup WAN1 works fine on a DI-LB6004. However, if he adds WAN2, the whole network  won't be able to access the Internet. If

Troubleshooting;

1. The ISP confirmed the IP and subnet are correct.

2. We cam ping or tracert the gateway but no the WAN2 IP.

3. Then we setup the WAN2 to use DHCP. It works.

4. After reviewing all settings, we find the DSL modem the DI-LB604 connecting to is qwest modem. This modem is enable DHCP to assign 192.168.0.0/24 as default. We have two options to make it work. a) Setup WAN2 using DHCP. 2) Disable DHCP on the Qwest modem and assign network IP on the Qwest modem and static IP to the dual WAN router.

Note: The Qwest modem is also router/firewall so that you need to work on port forwarding or Application for VPN, RDC and remote management.
