Q: One way route only in a VPN

How would I setup a few VPN users with absolutely no access to the
network     or even the box they connect to, I just want them to connect to our network obtain an IP so we can connect back to them.

A:
Routing is a two-way process. Each end must have a route to the other, or the whole thing fails. For the server to access the client, the client must have a route to the server. So you need some other method to prevent the remote client from accessing resources at your end. You can't really do it with routing.
