Can’t access RDC over VPN

Q1: I just created a VPN connecting to the Windows 2003 server as VPN server. I can ping the remote computer and telnet port 3389. However, I can’t access the computer using RDC. It is black screen. Why?

A: We have seen more and more cases like this one. I would check the MTU first. Or check this link: vpn drop connection

The both offices can browse over the VPN without problem… Resolution: modify the MTU.
