Computer losses network connection whenever enabling second NIC

Situation: The client has dell R510 server with 6 NICs. If they use only one NIC, it works fine. If they enable second or more NICs, the computer losses the connection. Even the iDRAC losses the connection too. We must disable the second NIC in the console.

Case 1: Upgrading all NIC drivers and server firmware.

Case 2: After we installed the latest driver and firmware, we can enable 2 or more NICs if they are in the same subnet. If the second NIC is in a different subnet or VLAN, we can't ping or remote access to the server. After we did more tests, we found the server outbound traffics work and it blocks income traffics.  If we disable the firewall, we can ping and remote access it. Re-configuring the firewall fixes the problem.
