Causes: 1. IE Pop-up Blocker blocks the popup 2. Other blocker software like Yahoo Pop-Up Blocker.
Cause: Your administrator may enable Content Advisor.
Cannot open e-mail attachment in Outlook Express after installing SP1
Cause: By default, the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus option is enabled in Outlook Express 6 SP1.

1. Create a batch file to re-setup TCP/IP. 2. Edit registry LAN settings depending on who logon. 3. If you have a router, you may be able to restrict the Internet access.
